Phase: Feasibility study
Intervention area m²: botanical garden 800 m² hosting about 200 different plant species, cliffs and plateaus of almost 2,200 m² that host about 90 different species.
Characteristic species: Cistus salvifolius L.

At the ancient and prestigious Villa Biraghi in the municipality of Vogogna (VB), home of the ValGrande National Park, there is an old garden that once served as a place of pleasure. In this context, a feasibility study was carried out for the creation of a botanical garden serving the Park and useful as a unique collection of Insubric flora. Starting from the historical and then botanical study, a very detailed and ambitious project was prepared.
